Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera semua,
Kepingan comel dengan gabungan coklat dan kekacang campuran.

2 3/4 cups all purpose flour (315gm)
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter, softened (150gm)
1 ib light brown sugar (453gm), or 300gm
1 tsp vanila
11.5oz milk choc chips (326gm) or 300gm
1 cup chopped pecans (saya ganti badam dan kacang)
Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine butter and sugar using a mxer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time to sugar mixture, mixing on low in between each edition. Add vanila and mix. Add flour and mix until combined. Stir in chips and then pecan
Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. Sift brown sugar into softened (not melted) butter in another large bowl until butter dissapears. You can use the back of your spoon to help incorporate the two together. Add eggs one at a time to butter mixture and stir well after each egg. Add vanila, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well. Add dry flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Coat a 13x9 or 10x10 pan with non stick spary/parchment paper and spread batter evenly into dish. Bake at 170 degree for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Make sure you don't overbake
