Best Chocolate Moist Cake

Salam,

Lamanya tak update entry. Rich Chocolate moist cake ini dibuat untuk anakku tak lama dulu sempena dengan hari lahirnya pada 1hb Julai 2010.


Deko pagar yang pertama dihasilkan selepas mempelajari tutorial daripada blog Cikgu Aisyah..... ala Umieaisyah dari Perak tu. Thanks yer Aisyah kerana sudi mengajar bloggers semua cara2 buat pagar pada kek. Tapi dek kemalasan, saya guna sudu jer buat pagar tu, tak letak dalam piping bag pun. Hasilnya jadilah pagar setebal ni, sepatutnya garisannya lebih halus dan cantik.



Kek ini saya layer kan dengan buttercream.



BEST CHOC MOIST CAKE

Ingredients :
1 cup margarine
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups multi-purpose flour
6 tblspn unsweetend cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspn baking soda
1 1/2 cup fresh milk
1 1/2 teaspn vanilla essence
1 teaspn salt

Instructions :
1. Preheat oven to 175 Deg Cel.
2. Grease and line 9x13" pan.
3. Sift together flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt.
4. Cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
6. Beat in flour alternately with milk, mixing just until incorporated.
7. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40-45 mins. Allow to cool on a wire rack. Garnish as desired.
