Sup Bebola Ayam Ala Mamak

 Assalamualaikum wbt dan salam sejahtera,
Sup yg gerenti sedap.


Sup  Bebola Ayam Ala Mamak

800gm bebola ayam ramly 
Bahan2 dihiris
1 bj bwg besar
3 ulas bwg putih
1 in halia

7 bj cili padi diketuk

Bahan2 ditumis
1 btg kulit kayu manis
3 bj buah pelaga


 Bahan2 dibancuh
3 sb rempah sup ayam 
Sedikit serbuk kunyit

Bahan2 dipotong
1 btg karrot
3 bj ubi kentang
2 btg saderi
2 bj bwg besar
2 bj tomato

2 sb tpg gandum
3sb kicap manis
2 kiub ayam knorr
Sedikit serbuk lada hitam
Garam secukup rasa


 Cara cara
Panaskan minyak dan masukkan rempah tumis diikuti dgn bhn hiris.  Tumis hingga naik bau.

Masukkan bhn bancuh dan gaul rata.  Bila telah pecah minyak masukkan tpg gandum dan goreng rata.  Tuang air sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau hga bhn tdk bergentel.  Tambahkan air secukupnya utk kuah dan biar mendidih.



Masukkan bebola ayam.  Bila semua bebola ayam timbul di permukaan, taburkan garam, lada hitam dan tuang kicap manis.  .
Taburkan daun ketumbar. Siap!

Telur Masak Kicap Black Pepper

 Assalamualaikum wbt dan salam sejahtera


 TELUR MASAK KICAP BLACKPEPPER

Bahan-Bahan
8 biji telur - digoreng mata kerbau
5 sb Kicap lemak manis/secukup
3 sb sos tiram
1 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam

Bahan kisar
3 ulas bawang putih
2 biji bawang besar


Bahan Pelengkap
1 biji bawang besar (dipotong bulat)
2 biji cili merah (dihiris serong)
2 biji cili hijau (dihiris serong)
1 biji tomato (dipotong baji)
5 biji cili padi (optional)
1 in halia
1 cawan air
Sedikit serbuk perasa



Cara-cara

Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bahan kisar dan serbuk lada hitam.
Masukkan kicap, sos tiram serta air. 
Bila mendidih masukkan bawang besar, cili merah, cili hijau, cili padi, tomato dan halia sambil dikacau rata. Tambahkan serbuk perasa.
Perlahankan api, masukkan telur satu persatu sambil di salut dengan kuah. Tutup api dan sedia utk dihidangkan.

Ayam Masak Filipina

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,


Ayam Masak Filipina
1 ekor ayam (potong kecil dan bersihkan)

Bhn kisar / hiris
1 bj bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
7 biji cili padi
5 biji cili merah
1 biji tomato


Bhn tmbhan
1 biji bawang besar potong bulat
1 biji tomato belah 4

2 kpg asam keping
3sb sos tiram
3 sb kicap manis
Garam n gula secukupnya

Cara cara
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar hga pecah minyak.

Masukkan sos tiram dan kicap manis.

Masukkan ayam dan asam keping dan gaul rata.  Tutup dan biarkan ayam empok.

Kalau nak berkuah tambahkan 1 cawan air.  Biar mendidih dan kuah memekat sedikit.

Masukkan bhn tambahan, gaul rata.
Perasakan dgn garam, gula dan lada sulah.  Siap!

PAVLOVA akhirnya...................

N3 tertunggak.



Mini pavlova.  Saya guna buah2an dalam tin bukan passionfruit.




PAVLOVA WITH PASSIONFRUIT SAUCE

Ingredients for the passion fruit sauce
150 gm passion fruit flesh
50 gm granulated sugar
20 gm water
2 gm cornflour

To make the Passion Fruit Sauce, in a small saucepan, place the passion fruit flesh, water, sugar and cornflour, well mixed. Cook over a low heat until the sugar dissolved. Bring the sauce to the boil, stirring occasionally, then cover the pan and remove from the heat. Let cool and chill for 1-2 hours until cold.





Ingredients
150ml eggwhite (approximately 4 eggs)
1 cup (220g) caster (superfine) sugar
2 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch), sifted
2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (if u wish to hv a white Pavlova .. omit vanilla ok)
1 cup (250ml) single (pouring) cream
1/2 cup passionfruit pulp (approximately 4 passionfruit)
250g strawberries, hulled and halved
(I used strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and mangoes)





Method
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Place the eggwhite in the bowl of an electric mixer and whisk until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, whisking well, until the mixture is stiff and glossy.
Add the cornflour and vinegar and whisk until just combined. Shape the mixture into an 18cm round on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Reduce oven to 120°C (250°F) and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes.



Turn the oven off and allow the pavlova to cool completely in the oven. Whisk the cream until soft peaks form. Spread over the Pavlova, top with passionfruit and strawberries and serve immediately. Serves 8–10

OR

Line a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper. Use a 6cm diameter cake ring to outline 18 circles and turn the baking paper over (so the meringue does not touch the pencil marks. Spoon the egg white mixture into a piping bag fitted with No. 9 nozzle. Pipe 18 swirls following the outlines on the marked paper. Pipe flowers along edges of swirls on to each meringue.



Gigitan pavlova pertamaku......... rasa yang tidak terlalu manis seperti yang pernah ku bayangkan.  


Pencuci mulut yang kaya dengan buah buahan segar, dilapisi meringue yang rangup diluar tetapi lembut didalam ala ala marshmellow.


Dengan sapuan cream yang lembut dan enak, walllaaaaahhhh, so yummy.....rasa sekali pasti nak lagi.
